Nearly 20 years ago, Stumptown Coffee Roasters began roasting exemplary coffee. In fact, we still have the Hair Bender sign in our headquarters, watching over us as we roast each batch. We continually taste this blend and each of its components, both on the cupping table as well as espresso, to best maintain the balance of flavors.
