1 Pound Copper Bullion Bar / Paperweight - Defective Finish

1 pound 99.9% pure copper bar. The finish is not quite what I wanted from the factory. It was supposed to come polished. I believe they were mishandled resulting in these dark smudges. May have other slight defects like dents . But most can be sanded to a nice finish.
