The Vintage Framed GARNER @ The Washington Times Political Cartoon. I believe this to be a OOAK political cartoon made for a friend. This satirical cartoon drawing from 1985, features the artist's personal dedication and signature. I have spent hours searching for this cartoon or a reprint, but have not been able to find it. If anyone has more information, please let me know. I have looked at it with a magnifying glass and it appears to be original (of sorts), in that the ink seems raised. I am trying to be as honest and transparent as possible regarding this piece.
