This is also referred to as the high limit switch or Therm-O-Disc, this high limit snap disc is a 200 degree limit switch with a manual reset button. The high limit switch is normally closed and will open if temperatures exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit shutting down power to the auger feed motor.
