HP Agilent 8648C 100 kHz ~ 3.2 GHz RF Signal Generator

Here's a nice looking 8648C with option 1E5 (High-Stability Timebase). Tested and guaranteed working generator. The +10 dBm (shown in pic) is the maximum specified output at 3200 MHz, it will go several dBm higher. With feet, tilts, and rear handles. Solid unit.
