The 2000 Cow Parade "ForeCowddie" Figurine #9201 is a collectible cow figurine produced by Westland Giftware. Condition of the figure is Excellent, but it is considered Open Box as it still has all contents, box, tag, wrapping, but packaging may not be in pristine condition. As this is still "Like New", the Flag is still wrapped in it's original packaging, and I did not want to unwrap it just for the picture.
