BlueParrott - S650-XT, Damaged - SEE Description and Pictures

Purchased on Amazon Renewed, but it came damaged.The right earpiece has no sound, there's a dent on the right side, and the left connector is cracked.I was able to connect it to a phone, hear from left side and speak into the mic.
